 FAQs

  • Applying does not guarantee a spot. We carefully curate our events for the benefit of our attendees and our vendors.

  • Artisan vendors with handcrafted, unique items are most likely to be accepted. Product or service salesmen are accepted on a restricted basis as sponsors.

  • Market vendors need to set up an attractive space and stay open throughout the event. Vendors should be congenial to both customers and other vendors.

  • Individual events have different rain policies. When Clermont Main Street cancels a Farmers Market, vendors are given a credit for a subsequent market. When signature events are cancelled, vendors are given the option to attend the rain date.

  • Farmers Market - Load in time: 7AM on 7th Street & Montrose next to City Hall, load out time is 2:15 PM, 1:15 PM in the summer. No vendors in after 8:30 AM. Consult your acceptance email for specifics.

  • Refunds are issued if Clermont Main Street cancels an event.

  • Applications must be for individual events, as acceptance criteria is different for different events. Only one application fee is charged per vendor, per year (not per event).

  • Yes, Clermont Main Street requires vendors to follow all city licensing regulations.

  • Yes, the city has electrical outlets along the street. Be sure to note in your application if you need access to electricity.

  • You may make requests and we accommodate them when possible.

  • Setup and breakdown is different for every event. Consult your acceptance email for specifics.

  • Yes, public restrooms are available.

  • Friendly, leashed pets are allowed at outdoor events.

  • You may not share any of your space with another vendor.

  • Once you have been accepted, you will be added to our vendor email group.
