Agreement & Understanding *

I am confirming that I understand the vendor application process and agree to the terms and conditions in this Vendor Application. Further, I understand that any violation of such may result in loss of Clermont Main Street vending privileges.

VENDOR APPLICATION PROCESS

1. By submitting this application, the Vendor acknowledges that the application submission to Clermont Main Street DOES NOT reserve space and DOES NOT guarantee event participation. Space is limited and may be restricted by product category or event layout.
2. Once an application is submitted, a review and approval will be made solely by and at the discretion of Clermont Main Street. There is no appeals process for decisions made by Clermont Main Street
3. Clermont Main Street may deny any vendor that does not meet the needs or quality standards of the event. This is enforced on a case-by-case basis.
4. Clermont Main Street reserves the right to cancel or modify this agreement at any time.
5. The Vendor acknowledges that Clermont Main Street’s event policies and procedures may be amended from time to time in writing and the vendor agrees to abide by the terms of any such amendments.
6. If Vendor continues to participate in events following the adoption of such amended policies and procedures, the Vendor acknowledges that violations may result in the loss of vending privileges at future Clermont Main Street events.

Terms & Conditions *

I am confirming that I have read the Terms and Conditions described above and I understand them. Further, I understand that any violation of such Terms & Conditions may result in the loss of the applicant’s vending privileges at Clermont Main Street events without the right to appeal such decision.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless: Clermont Main Street, its staff, its Board of Directors, the City of Clermont, Ground Lessor, employees, and event managers from any and all liability, claims, damages, or actions (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or connected with the vendor’s participation in Clermont Main Street events.
2. Vendor is solely responsible for all monies collected from sales, plus the collection and reporting of sales tax. Clermont Main Street is not responsible for any lost or stolen items, inventory, or funds.
3. Vendor assumes full responsibility for the use of any patented, trademarked, or copyrighted materials and agrees to indemnify and defend Clermont Main Street and affiliates against any related legal claims.
4. This agreement shall be governed by Florida law, and any legal action must be brought in Lake County, Florida.
5. Vendor acknowledges that submission of this application confirms they have read and understood all terms and agree to comply with current and future Clermont Main Street policies and procedures. Violation may result in the loss of future event participation.

Vendor Agreement & Acceptance of All Policies *

I am confirming that this application is true and complete to the best of my knowledge and ability. I understand the vendor application process and I agree to abide by the policies, procedures, terms, and conditions described in this document. Finally, I understand that any violation of the Terms, Conditions, Policies, and/or Procedures may result in the loss of Clermont Main Street Farmers Market vending privileges without the right to appeal the decision.
