2027 Signature Event Food Vendor Application
Please note: This application is for food trucks & prepared-food vendors. Market and Artisan vendors selling products should apply at this link.
INSTRUCTIONS
Before submitting an application for review, read the entire vendor application, then decide whether your product might qualify and whether you can meet and adhere to the rules of Clermont Main Street Events. Please also review all of the Event Policies and Terms & Conditions at this link.
Food vendors must be properly licensed with the State of Florida Department of Agriculture (regulates mobile vendors selling pre-packaged food) and/or the Department of Business & Professional Regulation – Hotel & Restaurant Division (regulates mobile vendors that prepare and serve food on site). If you are operating under Cottage Law, you must meet all Cottage Law Requirements.
If you have never attended a Clermont Main Street event before, please do so before submitting an application.

TIME TO PROCESS VENDOR APPLICATIONS
Please allow 10-15 business days for review of your product and vendor application. Please note that the application process will not begin until we receive a fully completed application and pictures that display your product.
2027 Fees
If accepted, a non-refundable 2027 Application Fee of $15 is required before your first event. This fee must be paid online using the link provided by the Event Manager upon acceptance, and is separate from your booth rental fee. Your space is not reserved until this fee has been submitted and the Vendor Agreement has been submitted.
Vendors supply tents, tent weights, tables, linens, back walls, and all items to display for sale in their booth. Vendors must also have a sign that lists their business name at their booth. For a detailed list of vendor requirements, please view the Events Policies page.
The 2027 Event Booth Fees are as follows. Payments are due the Wednesday prior to event day.
